Sobre Carbon

A hypothetical rebrand of an already existing Colombian restaurant named On Charcoal, Sobre Carbón is a local Philadelphia restaurant with flavors coming directly from the founders’ hometown of Bogóta, Colombia. Sobre Carbón is a direct translation of On Charcoal, which is an ode to the the traditional way of grilling meats in Colombia on an open flame. The rebrand was dedicated to reflecting the vibrance of Colombian culture through native/tropical vegetation, wood textures, and large scale illustrations. The goal was that when you enter the restaurant you should feel like you’ve been transported directly to Colombia.
